Patient experience was fine but the patient’s transport person with him was not. It was freezing in the waiting room. Asked for some heat and was told it was already on 71degrees and it was cold because of the windows?! And she said it’s cold back here too. I should have waited for my husband in the car with the heat on because I didn’t realize your not able to pay an electric bill. This is unacceptable.

Dr Elliott and his staff are amazing... have never had to wait in waiting room more than 5 minutes after arriving, and have made more improvement in 3 months than I did in a year at the local hospital wound care...he is he best in meridian
